Just show up, no booking required! Here is your opportunity to meet the Queen of the hive and see new bees hatching. Try pumping the bellows of the bee smoker or perhaps if you dare you can hold a sting-less drone bee.
School group tours are 1 hour long and cost $10.00 plus tax per student. Admission for the bee farm fun zone is included. If you have 15 students or less, the total cost of the tour is $150 +tax. Teachers, parents and bus driver are free.
Clovermead has not increased the school tour rate in over 5 years, and in concert with the upcoming legislated wage increase by the Ontario government we have made the decision to increase the school student tour rate to $10 + tax per student.
We do hope you understand and that you will continue to support us.
All the best, Christy & Chris Hiemstra
