Here’s what you will be doing as our outstanding Office Administrator:

  • Handling customer inquiries by phone & email
  • Communications with schools, parents, corporations for reservations
  • Managing policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Managing safety procedures, supplies and documentation
  • Manage files, photos, cyber security, and IT (Information Technology)
  • Online store product updates and management
  • Assisting in store and with schools in busy moments
  • Manage staff checklists, memberships, charitable donations
  • Monitor social media streams
