School groups are invoiced after their visit based on the number of students who attend.

Your checkout total should change to $0.00. You can then complete your booking without entering payment information.

Read Your Confirmation Email

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing important information about your field trip, including arrival instructions, payment details and what to expect during your visit.

Please read the entire confirmation email and share it with all teachers and parent chaperones attending the trip.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Minimum Group Size

Your booking must include at least 20 students.

If fewer than 20 students attend on the day of your visit, your school will still be invoiced for 20 students.

Booking Your Time Slot

Please book your entire school group into one time slot, up to a maximum of 120 participants. This total includes students and adults.

If your group has more than 120 participants, please book an additional time slot for the remaining people.

If Everyone Will Not Fit in One Slot

If the booking system will not allow you to add your entire group to a time slot, that time slot already has another group booked into it.

Please select a different available time or book an additional time slot so everyone in your group is included.
