Bring home a little taste of summer! Our Summer Blossom Honey captures the essence of sun-drenched meadows and fields in full bloom. This light and golden honey is a harmonious blend of nectar from summer wildflowers, offering a delicate sweetness with floral undertones. Perfectly balanced, it’s ideal for drizzling over fresh fruit, stirring into tea, or adding a natural sweetness to baked goods.
Summer Blossom is the honey most people mean when they say Clovermead. Floral, with subtle fruity undertones, gathered by our own 24 million bees from the fields around the farm. It is also the base for our creamed honey, hot honey, honey butter, Power Honey and most of the spreads in the shop.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 5KG AND 30LB PAILS CANNOT BE SHIPPED.
A variety of summer wildflowers give this honey a smooth, floral, balanced flavour.
Nectar collected from various flowers across Elgin County, Ontario Canada (local to Clovermead).
