Beekeepers have collected propolis for as long as people have kept bees. We blend ours into honey so it is easy to take by the spoonful. Propolis is a sticky, natural resin that bees collect from tree buds and plants and use to help protect their hive. It naturally contains bioactive compounds that have been widely studied for their antibacterial, antiseptic, and antioxidant properties, which is why propolis has long been valued in traditional wellness practices. Propolis Honey is often enjoyed as part of a daily wellness routine. A common way to enjoy it is approximately 1 teaspoon per day, taken straight from the spoon or blended into smoothies.
